Özet:

Kadaster Court ruled on a case and its verdict was reviewed through a correctional procedure. Dosya içeriğine, mahkeme kararında belirtilip, Yargıtay ilamında benimsenen gerektirici sebeplere göre Hukuk Usulü Muhakemeleri Kanunu"nun 440. maddesinde sayılan nedenlerden hiçbirisine uygun olmayan karar düzeltme isteğinin REDDİNE, aynı Kanun"un 442. maddesi uyarınca 219.00 TL para cezası ile 50.45 TL red harcının karar düzeltme isteğinde bulunanlardan alınmasına 10.06.2013 gününde oybirliği ile karar verildi.
